Rosewood Café Restaurant, with a unique cuisine in Yangshuo,
inspired by a French
chef, successfully blends local ingredients with europeen
delicaties.
On
the menu you will find a papaya shrimp salad, an orange duck
with cocoa sauce and sliced sweet patatoes, or even
a fillet
of perch in a potatoe ramequin. More classical dishes are also
suggested such as sirloin
steaks, cheese plate, tuna tartar, salmon steak with yangshuo's citrus
fruits or a foie gras. You will also find a large choice of
tapas
and mediteraneen style "mises en bouche", that will perfectly
match the taste of a good wine under the shade of the
hundred-year-old banian tree standing in the center
of the
restaurant's terrace.
