WONTONS - DIM SUM - CONGEE -
Wontons are made with thin pastry wrapper and filled with
savory minced pork or fresh shrimps. The dish is then served in a bowl
of hot
soup, garnished with noodles and leafy vegetables.
The bouillon must be tasty, yet not so strong as to overpower
the delicate taste of the wonton and the noodles. A spoon is used to
eat the Wontons.
